SPINACH & QUINOA SODA LOAF Vego – Peas, roasted tomato, pumpkin, za-atar, labneh, poached eggs. Combining a mix of old world middle eastern spices and condiments with fresh sweet and nutty seasonal produce has seen this dish become our rising star.

Labneh is a Lebanese style, very creamy cheese. Our chefs hang fresh yoghurt and use this as the base for creating their fresh labneh on the premises. Once ready for preparation they combine the labneh with the za-atar which is a middle eastern spice not to dissimilar to dukkah. Other fresh ingredients such as chives, garlic and lemon zest are blended to create the final creamy and zesty labneh.

Soda Loaves are baked overnight using quinoa, a seed full of amino acids & fiber, rich in iron, magnesium, riboflavin & manganese as well as being gluten free & low-GI. Local Japanese Pumpkin is roasted off throughout service, peas steamed for freshness and served together to give you a unique flavor experience.

For those of you who can’t go past your trusty protein simply add bacon, chorizo or salmon, they all compliment the dish superbly.
